LeanEx Meeting: Supplier Relationships

Supplier Development in a Lean Environment

This session explores different ways of working together in supplier relationships to accomplish better results.  Particularly, this can be accomplished by applying the fundamental principles of lean. In the lean world, suppliers do not just provide a component to a specification, rather the suppliers are integrated into the process - sharing risk, taking on more responsibility and providing notable technical contributions to the work. They become part of your team.  The day is highly interactive and will offer problem-solving discussions around the topic.
